Downriver will begin at More than 500,000 car buffs and enthusiasts are expected to line Fort Street in hope of getting a sneak peek at their dream car. There is no registration fee for the cruise itself. Preferred access to the cruise route is Southfield Freeway, but other access will be permitted. Each city on the route will enforce a strict code of conduct to ensure public safety; speeding, drag racing, hole shots or laying rubber will not be tolerated.
